Tanza, Cavite municipal hall temporarily closed after COVID-19 employee contracts
TANZA, Cavite – The local government announced here the temporary closure of the municipal hall on Friday (March 26) after an employee tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
According to Order Memorandum No.02 2021 series signed by Mayor Yuri A. Pacumio, the temporary halt of operations will give way to the disinfection of buildings amid the current upsurge in COVID-19 cases.
Office transactions in the municipal hall will resume on Monday (March 29).
As of March 24, the municipality located in the seventh district of Cavite had registered 183 active cases, bringing its total number of COVID-19 to 1,625.
